Shipping and Returns

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any of the products is damaged or with visible defects, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Summum Beauté International has to be informed by the client of damages and defects within three (3) days after receiving the order; the damages and defects reported after three (3) days will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Summum Beauté International will accept returns and exchanges for all products within thirty (30) days after the billing date (delivery charges excluded). The product must be unused and in its original state before it can be accepted for a refund. A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned product(s) in order to process the refund. The client is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returning the parcel, as well as duties and/or taxes for the orders. All the samples and gifts given away with the purchases must be returned unused. Summum Beauté International will not accept returns or exchanges on open or used products.

If you want to return an unused/unopened product, please contact our Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Please have on hand the original invoice and the reason you wish to return the product(s) so Summum Beauté International can process your refund as soon as possible. All return authorizations are valid for no more than fifteen (15) working days. Returned merchandise must be received by our Returns Department within these fifteen (15) days. Shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for returned goods delivered abroad, are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Summum Beauté International.

Please indicate the Return Authorization Number on the copy of the invoice. Send your product(s) as well as the copy of the invoice to: SUMMUM BEAUTÉ INTERNATIONAL 632, 9e Rue Nord, Thetford-Mines, Québec G6G 5K1 CANADA

Please pack merchandise securely in its original shipping package. Send products via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other transport company which insures products against loss and damages. Upon receiving and after inspecting the unopened/unused products, if approved, Summum Beauté International will process your request. No refunds will be issued until the merchandise has been received by Summum Beauté International. Please allow up to fifteen (15) working days for processing your return once we have received it. Please allow a delay of two monthly billing cycles before the credit appears on your credit card statement.

Advice to Avoid Duties and/or Taxes on Returned Merchandise

In order to avoid duties and/or taxes on merchandise being returned to Canada from other countries, please mark on your waybill “returned merchandise” and “no commercial value.” Also include a copy of the original shipping slip on the outside of the original package. Circle on the shipping slip the product(s) being returned, and adjust the total amount of the shipment to show the dollar value of the product(s) that is/are being returned. Please check with your transport company for any further requirements.
