How to place your order online?
Click the “add to cart” button next to any product you wish to purchase. When you have completed your order, click on the “check out” button to begin the checkout process. The site will guide you through the steps to complete your order safely and accurately. If you need assistance with your order, please contact customer service at 1 800 361-3739 from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
How to register and create an account?
From the “My account”link, click on “Register”. You just need to answer a few questions.
IMPORTANT: You can place an order without registering. However, having a personal account allows you to track orders AND review your order history. You will save time when placing future orders by not having to re-enter your basic info.
How to retrieve a forgotten password?
From your Account, you can retrieve your password by clicking on Forgotten password. You just need to enter your email and your password will be sent to you.
Is your personal information secure?
All the information you supply is confidential. They will be used to process your transaction as efficiently as possible.
How to update your profile?
You can update your personal data from your account settings.
Why give out my phone number?
Most carriers require a contact phone number. This information will be used to contact you regarding your order only.
How to change a delivery address or have my order shipped not to my home address?
Your billing address is automatically entered as your shipping address. The delivery address can be changed and saved to your account.
Where do we ship?
Matis.ca ships to Canada and the United States. The shipping fees are $9.99 for orders less than $50. Otherwise, shipping is free. For more information, please check the SHIPPING AND RETURNS policy.
What is the timeframe for delivery?
Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Other delays may vary according to the service of Canada Post, generally up to 10 days.
